The Four Personality Types
By Thomas Sherwood
To be considered a Sales Professional, it requires one to master the art of selling. Over my 20-plus year sales career, I have invested thousands of Dollars and spent countless hours studying and learning from industry experts on topics ranging from sales techniques and scripting to human behavior and psychology.
I want to personally acknowledge the following organizations and experts for teaching me about sales, human behavior and psychology, including the various personality types:
• Eric Lofholm • Omar Periu • Tom Hopkins • Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) by William “Ned” Herrmann • Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) by Katharine Cook Briggs and Isabel Briggs Myers • Keirsey Temperament Sorter by David Keirsey • DISC by John Geier • STAR by Jim Hoyt • The Color Code by Dr. Taylor Hartman
Although I learned so much from each course and instructor, I was still missing the biggest piece of the puzzle—the ability to close more sales utilizing the best of sales and scripting applied to the four personality types.
As a result, I developed the B.A.N.K.™ Personality Sales Training System, the most powerful sales training of its kind. It integrates the concepts of the four personality types together with the most effective sales scripts ever created, and teaches a step-by-step system to ‘Crack the Personality Code and Take it to the BANK.’
We are confident that the B.A.N.K.™ system will help you improve your ability to influence others and increase your sales.
