Getting Started with StoreFollower
By James King
StoreFollower is displayed on an iPad in retail stores and restaurants. Customers can become Facebook Fans, post Facebook Status Updates, post photos on Facebook, send Tweets and record and upload Youtube videos.
Status updates and tweets customers post to their “personal” Facebook and Twitter accounts are "pre-written by the company" displaying StoreFollower. With Youtube, customers record videos that upload to a company’s Youtube channel.
By creating the messages customers are posting, StoreFollower gives companies control over the word of mouth being spread socially. It's a social-retail game changer.
